Customer Service
We are one of the last companies meeting 1 on 1 with our clients to provide benefits. During the pandemic, we transitioned very quickly to our virtual services to be able to provide these benefits and meet our obligations to our members.

Timeliness of Payout
We are one of the fastest companies to pay claims. With our Freedom of Choice certificate, the typical payout time is 72 hours when the industry normal is upto 60 days. During Hurricane Katrina and 9/11, we paid 100% of our claims while many others claimed “act of God or war”.
